Khannas Leadership Institute provides digital educational programs, including but not limited to online courses, modules, templates, mentorship, and resources (“Programs”). These Programs are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to access our Programs. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payments:

Payment for our Programs may be made in full or through an installment plan as outlined during enrollment. All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Refunds:

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once access to the Program has been granted, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in India.

4.3 Default on Payments:

If you fail to make payments as agreed, we reserve the right to revoke access to the Program and any associated materials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided in the Programs are the intellectual property of Khannas Leadership Institute. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Program Access and Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology, including a stable internet connection and compatible software/hardware, to participate in the Program. Khannas Leadership Institute is not responsible for technical issues or incompatibilities on the participant’s end.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not guarantee specific results, success, or outcomes from participation in our Programs. All Programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khannas Leadership Institute, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programs.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khannas Leadership Institute from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your use or misuse of the Programs or any breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India and our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Programs for any participant who violates these Terms or engages in illegal, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the Programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Mumbai, India, before proceeding to litigation. The cost of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
